The presentation documents rehabilitation of compromised maxillary anterior teeth requiring extraction and replacement in a patient with high esthetic demands. Pretreatment clinical photographs revealed failing anterior restorations and compromised maxillary right and left anterior teeth with gingival and restorative deficiencies.
Preoperative radiographs and panoramic imaging demonstrated multiple endodontically treated and restored maxillary anterior teeth requiring extraction and implant-supported rehabilitation.
Treatment was completed using minimally invasive surgical protocols. Atraumatic extraction techniques preserved the facial osseous and gingival architecture. Zirconia implants were immediately placed into extraction sockets with simultaneous management of peri-implant defects using bone replacement graft materials.
