Metal Free Implant & Immediate Restoration – Anterior Maxillary Implant Case

This case demonstrates minimally invasive placement of a metal-free implant with immediate restoration in the maxillary anterior esthetic zone. Preoperative clinical photographs revealed soft tissue recession and a failing anterior tooth, followed by implant placement and immediate provisionalization with favorable esthetic healing and final restoration outcomes.

The case presentation illustrates step-by-step treatment of an anterior maxillary implant restoration using a minimally invasive protocol. Initial clinical views showed gingival recession and esthetic compromise around a maxillary central incisor. CBCT imaging demonstrated approximately 12.69 mm of available bone height for implant placement.

The surgical protocol involved atraumatic extraction and minimally invasive implant placement with immediate provisional restoration. Clinical photographs documented the implant position immediately after surgery and demonstrated preservation of soft tissue architecture.

Final clinical and radiographic views showed successful osseointegration, maintenance of gingival contours, and harmonious esthetic integration of the definitive metal-free implant restoration in the anterior maxilla.
